- I live in an apartment complex. It is a "no dogs allowed" complex. One of my neighbors has had a dog in her apartment for several months. It's a very unfriendly dog and several neighbors have complained to management, who did nothing. The dog bit my daughter. Do I have a case?
- I was bitten by a dog which ran through "invisible fence" type of system that goes around the perimeter of my neighbor's yard. The dog would usually run up to the edge of the lawn and stop because of an electric shock that the dog would get with the invisible fence. My neighbor tells me that the fence was "on" and he cannot understand how or why the dog got passed it. Is there anything I can do even though the neighbor says that his fence was on?
- I have two Dobermans which I bought from a well-known breeder/kennel.When they grew up, they were very sweet and friendly, but I could not control them when I would walk them together, so I brought them back to the kennel for a 10 day obedience school. Then, one of the dogs attacked me very badly when I made a routine correction, and he could have killed me. I can tell that something was done during the training which changed the temperament of my dogs and that this is what caused the attack. The people at the kennel deny that they did anything wrong, and they refuse to take any responsibility or to help me with the very large medical expenses which I have. Can you do anything for me?
