A: Virtually all of the individuals who contact us about a new case are overwhelmed with uncertainty and worry. We will make an appointment for you to sit down with one of our most senior attorneys, usually Daniel O'Brien, who will listen to your entire story and answer all of your questions. You will not be asked to sign a contract or make a decision to retain us to represent you at the initial meeting. The sole purpose for the initial meeting is for us to gather enough information so that we can determine whether you have a case that is worth pursuing and to answer all of the myriad questions which you will no doubt have at that time. We view our job as twofold: (1) to restore your peace of mind; (2) to restore your economic wellbeing and the economic wellbeing of your family.
