Aqua Dots - this dangerous toy was composed of small beads used to make colorful images. It was made in China and pulled from U.S. shelves in 2007. A chemical coating on the beads, if ingested, metabolized to the date rape drug, GHB. Two U.S. children who swallowed the beads were hospitalized.
