How does a person go about hiring a lawyer to handle their personal injury case? Most times, the way it works is this: the injured person gets the name of a lawyer from a family member or friend, or they pick a name out of the yellow pages, they meet with that lawyer, the lawyer shoves a contract in front of them and tells them to sign it, and that’s it. The person is stuck with that lawyer.
Who you pick to represent you is just too important of a decision to do it that way.
I have prepared consumer guides for both my NJ and PA clients to assist them in making good, solid, wise decisions about who they hire to represent them in their case.
The guides provide you with information, some questions to ask and some things to think about before you hire a lawyer. I am not the right lawyer for every case, and not every lawyer is the right lawyer for your case.
You owe it to yourself to be an educated consumer when you go out to hire an attorney for your case. Your case is too important to you to do it any other way.
Feel free to order our consumer guides. It is completely free. Click here to fill out the order form and we will send it to you for free. Thank you.
