A part-time laborer working at a barn in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, sustained significant injuries after a vacuum fell on his head.
As a result, our client sustained a mild traumatic brain injury and significant damage to his shoulder requiring orthopedic surgery.
In addition to filing a worker's compensation claim, we were able to pursue a claim against the delivery company that was responsible for the vacuum falling on our client. Prior to trial, the case settled for $700,000.
Watch the video to hear Daniel O'Brien, Esquire, an experienced traumatic brain injury lawyer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, talk about this case.
